Here is a quick look at our most popular appliances for treating sleep-disordered breathing.

Our Most Popular Treatment

Vivos mmRNA

If you’re suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, it likely means that your upper or lower jaw is not fully developed, causing a smaller airway that is easily obstructed by your tongue while you sleep. Vivos’ mmRNA appliance (mmRNA stands for Modified Mandibular Repositioning Nighttime Appliance) helps your airway in two ways. First, it gently holds your lower jaw forward while you sleep to keep your airway clear. Second, it gradually expands your lower jaw and/or upper jaw and palate to widen your airway and offer a solution to your sleep apnea in as little as 12-24 months of use.

Worn while you sleep, the FDA-approved mmRNA is a single appliance that is comfortable, easy to wear, and does not cause any painful movements or positions. Most patients enjoy a noticeable difference after just a few weeks or months.

Vivos DNA

Similar to the mmRNA device, Vivos’ DNA appliance (DNA stands for Daytime-Nighttime Appliance) helps to widen your palate and develop your upper jaw. While doing so, it can also correct and align your teeth, improve facial development, and even eliminate TMD issues. Designed to be worn at night while you sleep, the DNA is backed by years of research and testing.

Worn as two separate pieces, the DNA appliances work well for both children and adults and can help develop even fully-matured adult jaws. In 12-24 months, patients’ mouths become more developed, with better positioned jaws and tongues and an open and unobstructed airway.

Growth Guides and Training Appliances

Vivos Guide Series/Starters, MyoBrace, and HealthyStart appliances can be used for adults and children and worn day or night.

The appliances help guide jaws in children as they develop, making room for permanent teeth as they come in and increasing the space for the airway. In addition to making more room for new teeth, the appliances also help to straighten teeth that are already present in the mouth. These appliances can also be for adults as a starter system to help them transition to the mRNA or DNA appliance.

These appliance systems can help adults and children prevent or resolve sleep apnea, and reduce or prevent the need for traditional braces or other orthodontic procedures!

Myobrace

Vivos Guide Series/Starters, MyoBrace, and HealthyStart appliances can be used for adults and children and worn day or night.

The Myobrace®System is preventive pre-orthodontic treatment that focuses on addressing the underlying causes of crooked teeth, often without the need for braces or extraction of teeth, unlocking natural growth and development. Treatment is best suited to children aged 3 to 15 and involves using a series of removable intra-oral appliances that are worn for 1-2 hours each day plus overnight while sleeping.

Silent Nite

If you have mild sleep apnea or struggle with snoring that disturbs you or your partner’s sleep, the Silent Nite is a comfortable and effective appliance to help open your airway and reduce/eliminate snoring. Using a connector between the upper and lower appliances, the Silent Nite gently holds your lower jaw forward to open your airway and allow the flow of oxygen, helping you get the air you need without snoring.

With a thin, flexible design, you’ll still be able to move your mouth, talk, and sleep comfortably while wearing the appliance. Over 90% of patients who use the Silent Nite have reported improvement in their sleep quality, with more than 400,000 users around the world.

SleepImage Ring Home Sleep Test

The high degree of accuracy is cleared to be comparable to polysomnography (PSG) tests for diagnosing sleep apnea, making this wearable device an easy choice for you and your family.
